Those double leg take downs aren't gonna be seen much in MMA, will never be seen from an untrained assailant, and only work against someone really slow. Or, you could just lower your level and get a good base and try to stuff a wrestling takedown the way they do in wrestling. What's being shown might work if your grandmother is trying to take you down, it's too slow to work on a really athletic, explosive person. Plus, if the person taking you down is not only a superior athlete, but bigger and stronger, this stuff is laughable. If you're in a spot for someone like that to get a single leg, you're not getting out of it, so it's best to work on avoiding that situation.

In karate we have a "wax on" or "wax off" type block and a side back fist or elbow. When you're genuinely under threat, you're adrenaline won't give you the accuracy you need to grab a finger. A better and more effective method that doesnt make it look you trynna bust a move at the disco is to simply shake the shotgun up and then down and let the momentum fall so it shoves the shell into the chamber. Ive done it and it seems to work. Also it cant be done with a brand new shotgun out of the box. It has to have some rounds fired or manipulate the the forend several times to get it to work smoothly. And also lube her up so she aint tight. After 500 rounds my maverick shotty can be chambered one-handed lol
